South Park

Comedy Central is gearing up to do it again by offering “Every” episode of South Park up for viewing online (according to ‘Extreme Tech’ online). They recently did this with a huge archive of clips from the Daily Show . If this trend continues, it’d be fantastic. I’m sure huge fans of shows will still flock to the DVD’s for the extra content and high quality, but for someone who maybe in a few years really needs to dig up and view that episode of ‘Laverne and Shirley’ where they are attending the huge Italian Festival and trying to win the prize by climbing the greased pole, they’ll be in luck! Need to reference a quote or prove a point about some obscure ‘A-Team’ reference or what the dude in ‘Greatest American Hero’s hair looked like in the third episode? No worries. Okay, so maybe we’re a ways off from having instant access to every bit of programming and media from the last 30 years, but I can dream can’t I?
