Making Cannoli~ The Filling (pt.2): Food-Travels.
An interesting site I stumbled onto through a facebook connection. “Chef-Micheal” happens to be someone I used to hang with occasionally a long time ago (back in the day…). Looks like he’s got an extensive series of videos and information about his food related travels.

There’s a huge amount of stuff on the site and I haven’t even scratched the surface. Definitely something to pass along to my mother-in-law, as well as anyone interested in learning about some traditional cultural foods first-hand… Great stuff!
Something I threw together last night in like 20 minutes… A little street music and some Vivienne snippets led me to this…
