A combination of 2 college nicknames that is too complicated and boring to go into. Nevertheless, consider me a mid-late 30's guy with a strange sense of the world. Part music and media junkie, part computer geek, part Dad and husband, part freak.
As part of the “sifting through some old pics a few weeks back”, I stumbled onto this gem from I’m guessing 1995(ish?). I forgot how “All Out” we used to go for Halloween… Apparently “Zombie’s and the Undead” were running popular themes that year…
The year prior found me as a Zombie Nerd, so I guess the mid-90’s we’re all about the ‘Zombies’…
Photoshop Express..
Well it looks pretty cool. Works pretty slick. Not full of bells and whistles like some others, but right off the bat, I liked how integrated it was with Facebook, Picassa and soon Flickr… You can do some pretty nice basic photo edits in no time. Uploading was a piece of cake. And it has some real nice gallery features as well. It’s fully a Flash/Flex app and I like that about it too… From what I’ve read, there’s like 2gb of free storage… So here’s my “quickie” gallery of photos… (Mostly stuff I had posted on my old blog…)…
Well, through the magic of Facebook, over the past week I’ve somehow become at least slightly re-acquainted with many persons from ‘back-in-the-day’… But that’s a tale for another post. Needless to say, today I heard from a friend whom I majored with back at BG. It was great to hear his successes, and he turned me on to this website (which he writes for) called popdose. I’ve only just gleaned the surface, but it looks like some interesting reading (especially to satiate the TV Geek in me)…
After my previous post on 80’s Metal, I had to do a quick look for an old High School buddy, John DeMarco. And what do ya know? 1st clip and he’s rockin out through some Boss Pedals… From what I hear he’s doin some great stuff with his music (and congrats to that…). It’s a pretty cool clip…
